Since more than 10 years, the network has expanded significantly, and many services have been added. Country Manager UK (f/m/d)
Role Responsibilities:
- Main responsibility is to setup and lead a small sales team for the development of the workshop network in the UK.
- You will also take actively part in the operational acquisition of these Workshops
- You are responsible for the operations (mainly sales & marketing) in UK. Ensure service offer is available and new services are developed. Coordinate activities with external resources and suppliers
- Coordinate the services and the support to the UK Network
- Adaptation of the services to local market requirements in close cooperation with the headquarters in Munich.
- Responsibility of the communication strategy for the region and implementation
- You act as contact person and interface for all stakeholders.
- Manage external services necessary for the functioning of the UK local establishment (accounting, legal, labor consultant etc.).
- Launch and roll-out new projects and services
- Identify important cooperation partners and contribute to the development of additional services for workshop partners
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Solid experience in the automotive industry preferably in the commercial vehicle sector, with a specific focus on service and aftersales
- Strong acumen in sales
- Experience in business development in the B2B environment
- Ability to lead and motivate a Team
- Aptitude for interpersonal relations, managing resources and complex projects.
- Inquisitive and open to new challenges
- Entrepreneurial attitude, creativity, self-motivation and acting proactively
- Excellent communication skills
